Terms and conditions
For any reservation the payment of the deposit is obligatory.
Amount of the security deposit or guarantee, to be given on your arrival: €500 for Pouzenc, €300 for Morgon and La Grange.
For payments on the site by credit card, an imprint of the credit card will be made automatically and which will serve as a security deposit.
If the deposit is in check, it must be written by the signatory of the contract.
The tenant must return the apartment in a perfect state of cleanliness, failing which the minimum sum corresponding to the amount of the cleaning option for the accommodation concerned will be withheld. In the event of higher repair costs, the tenant agrees to complete the sum.
LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS:
Take the premises in the state in which they will be on the day of taking possession, Occupy them only for private purposes, as a temporary and recreational residence, to the exclusion of any commercial or professional activity, Do nothing that may affect the peace of the neighborhood.
Occupy the premises personally, any subletting is prohibited, do not introduce any pets without the consent of the lessor, the possibility of detention being subject to the fact that the animal does not cause any damage or disturbance of enjoyment in the neighborhood .
Let the necessary urgent work be carried out in the premises.
Furniture and movable objects should only suffer depreciation from the normal use for which they are intended... Those that are missing or damaged will have to be paid for.
The tenant agrees not to introduce other furniture or heating appliances into the premises.
If necessary, the value of broken or cracked objects will be retained, the price of washing or cleaning carpets, blankets, mattresses, bedding, etc. which have been stained.
Do not make any modification or change in the arrangement of furniture and places.
Maintain the rented premises and return them to perfect cleanliness at the end of their use.
USE OF SPA. (For the Pouzenc and the Grange).
The SPA is accessible for the duration of the stay according to the general conditions displayed on site.
Failure to comply with the general conditions will lead to a reimbursement of the restoration costs with no limit on the amount.
ANOMALY :
You are asked on your arrival to check any anomaly noted and it must be reported within 24 hours.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The security deposit is paid to cover any damage that may be caused to movable or other objects furnishing the rented premises.
This deposit will be made by an imprint of the credit card upon your arrival.
On this deposit, will be deducted the amount of the replaced objects, the possible costs of restoration and additional cleaning.
If this deposit proves to be insufficient, the tenant undertakes to complete the sum.
INSURANCE :
The tenant must be insured with a well-known insurance company against the risk of theft, fire and water damage, both for his rental risks and for the furniture rented, as well as for related remedies, and justify it at the first request of the lessor.
Consequently, the latter declines all responsibility for the recourse that his insurance company could exercise against the tenant in the event of a claim.
ARRIVAL ORGANIZATION:
The arrival time is from 4 p.m., the keys will be handed over to the location of the rental by himself or his representative.
The tenant has the possibility of taking possession of the premises before this time will have to inquire about his availability.
The tenant must confirm in advance the day, as well as the approximate time of his arrival.
In the event of absence of the tenant (not reported by him) for taking possession on the fixed date, the lessor would be entitled to immediately re-let the premises, subject of these presents.
In any case, the sums paid will remain acquired by the lessor as compensation
DEPARTURE ORGANIZATION:
Departure is normally scheduled around 10 a.m., but if the tenant wishes a different time, he will confirm his approximate departure time.
